Fiona believes everyone has the right to have their health concerns heard, and as a natural health care practitioner she is here to listen to you.  After a 1-2 hour initial consult she will gain a better insight into what is ailing you and devise a holistic treatment plan.  When you see her you will be treated with respect, privacy and utmost care.  Your natural health plan is as unique as you are.  It may include herbal tinctures, infusions, capsules, nutritional supplements, Bach flowers, homeopathic remedies, external creams, nasal washes, herbal eye drops, and suggestions for diet and lifestyle changes.  Sometimes you may require additional tests or referrals to specialists.  

Fiona trained with Waikato Centre for Herbal Medicine and South Pacific College of Natural Medicine to obtain a Diploma in Herbal Medicine and a Bachelor of Natural Medicine.  In her training she has also enjoyed the art of massage therapy.  "The instant result I often see when a client has had a massage is very rewarding.  I find doing a massage is just as therapeutic for me as my client's do for them." - Fiona Hill
