Massage Therapy

Select thirty minutes for a back and shoulder massage, or a full leg massage.  Sixty minutes is enough time to include your neck or other area to your massage, or to concentrate on a sore area.  Ninety minutes is the way to spoil yourself with a full body massage.  Massages all include standard oil or balm, but you can increase therapeutic effects by selecting a special oil - see below.
